15ok Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the 15ok Platform. 15ok reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. If you cannot verify your age upon request, your account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold pending satisfactory verification.

Persons who have previously been identified as problem gamblers, self-excluded from the Platform, or whose accounts have been terminated for policy violations are not eligible to re-register without explicit written approval from 15ok support.

Each Player may maintain only one active account on the 15ok Platform. Multiple accounts linked to the same mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or household are prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

The 15ok Platform is operated for the Bangladesh market. Players are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction. 15ok does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability for players who access the Platform from restricted territories.

When registering an account on 15ok, you must provide accurate and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

15ok reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any stage of the player relationship. KYC may require submission of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed will be restricted from withdrawals until verification is satisfied.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified 15ok of unauthorised access.

15ok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The available methods may change from time to time. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

The minimum deposit on the 15ok Platform is ৳300. There is no maximum single deposit limit set by the Platform; however, individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account balance after confirmation from the payment provider, which typically occurs within 60 seconds for bKash and Nagad transactions.

The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into your account or verified account-owner methods. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Players must have completed any applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.

15ok targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad requests during standard operating hours. Bank transfers are targeted for completion within 24 hours. These are target timeframes, not guaranteed commitments. Processing may be delayed by third-party payment providers, peak-demand periods, or pending KYC requirements.

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the 15ok Platform are subject to specific bonus terms that accompany each offer. General eligibility requires a verified account in good standing, compliance with these Terms, and satisfaction of any minimum deposit requirement attached to the bonus. 15ok reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to clear wagering requirements, hedging bets to reduce rollover risk, or coordinating bonus strategies with other players — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and potential recovery of fraudulently obtained amounts.

15ok provides gambling services for entertainment purposes only. Players are responsible for managing their own gambling behaviour. You must not use the Platform if gambling is causing you financial hardship, relationship difficulties, or psychological distress. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose.

15ok provides players with deposit limit controls, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options accessible from the account settings. Players experiencing difficulty controlling their gambling are strongly encouraged to use these tools and to contact 15ok support for guidance. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period selected.

15ok takes underage gambling prevention seriously. Where 15ok identifies or suspects that a player is under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during a period when the player was underage will be forfeited. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring minors cannot access the Platform through shared devices.

All content on the 15ok Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, audio-visual elements, and the overall design and layout — is the property of 15ok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or reverse-engineered without express written permission.

15ok grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform.

15ok endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, third-party infrastructure failures, or circumstances beyond 15ok's reasonable control. 15ok shall not be liable for any losses — including loss of winnings — resulting from Platform unavailability, game interruption, or connectivity failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 15ok's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 15ok account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your 15ok account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met and there are no pending wagering obligations on the balance.

15ok reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, if 15ok reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. Upon termination for cause, 15ok may withhold some or all account balances pending investigation.
